  • Position fixes and event packets are sent over GPRS to the Plaspy endpoint.

  2. Configure the carrier APN so the device can use GPRS data.
  3. Enter the Plaspy server address by specifying d.plaspy.com or the server IP 54.85.159.138.
  4. Set the server port to 8888.
  5. Choose UDP or TCP transport if the device requires an explicit selection; otherwise rely on the device defaults and Plaspy automatic detection.
  6. Apply or save the configuration and enable GPRS data mode on the device.
